"Patio Mare" is one of the most beautiful apartment buildings in the centre of Sopot. It has a unique location: 250 metres from the beach and 500 metres from the promenade, the famous "Monciak". It is situated far from the noisy crowds and close to numerous attractions. It is shielded by Skarpa Sopocka (The Sopot Slope) which creates a special background for the building erected at its foot and underlines the sense of privacy and being under shelter.

The three-storey building of "Patio Mare" fitted with a lift was commissioned for use at the end of 2005. It is similar to other buildings in the Sopot traditional style. Special ornaments, decorations and finishing of common parts of the edifice bring back the memories of the luxurious buildings erected in the spa at the beginning of the previous century.

An internal patio with a lot of beautifully maintained greenery and a Japanese-like bridge add a lot of charm to this place. The beauty and all conveniences are combined with modern technology and safety in the building. The entire premises (the building itself, patio and garden) are fenced. The monitoring camera system, the interlinked alarm, anti-burglary and entryphone systems and the 24-hour concierge services safeguard the security of the dwellers. The building also houses a fitness centre and an underground, air-conditioned garage with parking places.
