- Prices are negotiable for stays of longer than one month
- Room service is provided for stays of longer than week.

- In case of long-term stay the room service is provided every 5 days.
- Additional room service is available on request (price negotiated)
- Our Guests are welcome to use a free fitness and a payable sauna(steamed and finnish)which are situated in the building.
